Rozka Capitals — Support Ticket & Voice Note Mobile App
Eliminating trader anxiety in high-stakes currency markets: an enterprise Flutter client built for international forex broker Rozka Capitals. Empowers traders to record, preview, and dispatch WhatsApp-style voice notes directly inside support tickets, auto-synchronizes audio files for zero-latency offline playback, launches direct brokerage phone and WhatsApp communications, and delivers guided video tutorials with in-memory fuzzy search.
Verified Live App On Google Play Store
Published and actively deployed under official package identifier com.rozkacapitals.support.app. Designed to handle mission-critical trader inquiries, emergency trade investigations, MT5 deposit/withdrawal tracking, and interactive onboarding support.
The Transformation: From Frustrating Support Emails To Real-Time Voice Resolution
In retail forex trading, market positions move in milliseconds. When a trader experiences an urgent question about a Bitcoin deposit transaction hash, MT5 margin requirements, or an STP order slip, typing a multi-paragraph email on a mobile phone keyboard is cumbersome, slow, and prone to miscommunication. Traders want to speak directly, explain their dilemma with vocal nuance, and receive prompt, authentic resolution.
As lead engineer, I designed and developed the Rozka Capitals Support App using Flutter and Dart to modernize the entire brokerage client service pipeline. We introduced a familiar WhatsApp-style voice messaging workflow into formal financial ticketing, augmented with automated background cache synchronization and self-serve video walkthroughs.
- WhatsApp-Grade Voice Note Recording: Traders tap to record audio, view a live waveform, pause to listen to their own recording before sending, discard mistakes, or dispatch high-fidelity voice notes directly to broker administrators.
- Dual-Stage Sync & Instant Offline Playback: On login, an intelligent background worker initiates cache hydration. Ticket threads and voice note binaries are cached locally in the filesystem, enabling instant playback on subsequent visits without re-downloading or buffering.
- Sub-Second Typo-Tolerant FAQ Search: An in-memory Damerau-Levenshtein distance algorithm matches trader queries even with spelling errors (e.g., "depotsi" instantly discovers "How to deposit money with Bitcoin").
- Suleman's Video Walkthroughs in Smartphone Bezel: Interactive guides embed high-definition tutorials recorded with directional arrows that visually instruct clients on live account creation, crypto deposits, and KYC verification.
- Native Broker Telephony Bridge: Direct integration with Android phone dialers, mail clients, WhatsApp support desks, and Google Maps pinpointing Saint Lucia and Bishkek headquarters.

End-To-End Multimedia & Sync Architecture
The application follows a clean layered domain architecture. The audio recording engine streams live microphone amplitudes to dynamic CustomPainters while background workers asynchronously download and cache incoming voice notes using MD5 file-hashing to prevent duplicate payload transfers.

Production Screen Gallery & Technical Spotlight
Explore the authentic production user interface designed with Rozka Capitals' signature cosmic nebula luxury aesthetic, warm gold typography, and glassmorphic card overlays.
01. WhatsApp-Style Voice Note Messaging System
The ticket conversation thread features custom voice note bubbles with audio duration badges, play/pause toggles, and interactive waveform scrubbers. During recording, traders see live amplitude meters with real-time timers. Users can pause the recording, listen back to verify clarity before dispatching, cancel with a trash button, or send directly to the brokerage team.
02. Intelligent Multi-Tier Background Sync & Local Caching
Upon user login, SyncService.dart automatically triggers a non-blocking background synchronization worker. A subtle, elegant gold progress bar at the top of the dashboard alerts the user: Downloading voice note for "ST0023" 12%. Audio files are hashed with MD5 and stored locally in the application documents directory, guaranteeing that future audio playback begins in less than 300 milliseconds without consuming recurring mobile data.
03. Interactive Video Walkthroughs & Typo-Tolerant FAQ Search
Rather than reading dry text documentation, traders can browse a library of high-definition video walkthroughs recorded by Suleman Khan. Each guide features prominent visual directional arrows guiding users step-by-step through live MT5 account provisioning, Bitcoin funding, and KYC identity submissions. An in-memory Damerau-Levenshtein distance algorithm delivers typo-tolerant search in less than 15 milliseconds without external server queries.
Custom Smartphone Bezel Video Player (PhoneFrameChassis)
The video player renders inside a custom Flutter widget (PhoneFrameChassis) mimicking a flagship smartphone chassis complete with a dynamic camera punch-hole, rounded corners, and metallic rim. Tapping the screen seamlessly reveals controls, play/pause toggles, and duration timelines.
04. Luxury Authentication & Defensive Client Onboarding
The onboarding experience utilizes Rozka's deep cosmic space background with ambient relaxing audio toggles. The registration flow provides real-time password requirement checklists (6+ characters, uppercase, lowercase, numeric digits, and special characters) evaluated on every keystroke, alongside an optional Introducing Broker (IB) referral code binding.
Architectural Challenges & Engineering Solutions
Zero-Lag Voice Note Playback via Deterministic MD5 Filesystem Caching
The Problem: Streaming audio files over mobile cellular connections introduces unpredictable latency, buffering pauses, and excessive repetitive bandwidth consumption every time a trader revisits a support ticket.
The Engineering Solution: Built LocalCacheService.dart. It converts any remote audio URL into a deterministic MD5 digest string (voice_a1b2c3d4e5...ogg) and stores the binary directly in getApplicationDocumentsDirectory(). Before playing any voice note, the player inspects local storage: if present, playback begins instantly (<300ms) with zero network activity.
Dual-Stage Background Synchronization with Live UI Feedback
The Problem: Triggering full synchronous downloads of all tickets, replies, and voice notes during app bootstrap freezes the user interface and degrades application startup performance.
The Engineering Solution: Engineered a decoupled, dual-stage sync architecture. On login, cached tickets load into view immediately from local storage. Simultaneously, an asynchronous worker compares server timestamps against local hashes, queueing only updated tickets. A ValueNotifier<SyncStatus> streams live progress (Downloading voice note for "ST0023" 12%) without triggering unwanted page rebuilds.
Sub-Millisecond Typo-Tolerant Search via Damerau-Levenshtein Edit Distance
The Problem: Mobile keyboards frequently introduce typos and transposed letters (e.g. typing "depotsi" instead of "deposit" or "whithdraw" instead of "withdrawal"). Standard substring matching fails, returning blank results and frustrating users.
The Engineering Solution: Implemented an in-memory Damerau-Levenshtein distance matrix calculation in how_to_page.dart. It handles single-letter insertions, deletions, substitutions, and adjacent transpositions. Combined with prefix matching and stopword filtering, search resolves in less than 15ms completely on-device without network overhead.
Defensive Base URL Sanitization & Trailing-Slash Stripping
The Problem: Accidental trailing slashes or whitespace in .env configurations can silently construct double-slash endpoints (//api/mobile/auth), causing catastrophic routing failures on mobile HTTP clients.
The Engineering Solution: Centralized all network configuration through an immutable, defensively sanitized singleton ApiConfig that trims whitespace and cleans trailing slashes automatically:
// Enforced defensive sanitization across all network clients
class ApiConfig {
static final String baseUrl = (() {
final raw = (dotenv.env['API_URL'] ?? '').trim();
final url = raw.isEmpty ? 'https://rozkacapitals.com/api' : raw;
return url.replaceAll(RegExp(r'/+$'), '');
})();
}
Mandatory Immediate In-App Updates for Broker Protocol Security
The Context: In broker support operations, allowing clients to run outdated app versions with obsolete ticketing protocols or expired security rules introduces severe compliance and operational liabilities.
The Engineering Solution: Integrated Google Play's in_app_update package inside UpdateService.dart. On application bootstrap, the client immediately checks Google Play update availability and executes performImmediateUpdate(). This launches an un-dismissible Google Play modal preventing execution until the latest certified binary is installed.
